HADV respects your right to privacy
and will protect it when you visit our web site. Here are some things you
should know about how we protect your privacy.
E-mail
- When you send us e-mail we may keep your
e-mail address, but we wont share it with anyone without your
permission. We'll only use your e-mail address to respond to your
requests for information.
- If you sign up for one of our (e-)mailing
lists, we'll only send you the kinds of information you've requested. We
won't share your e-mail address with anyone outside of HADV.
Information Collection
- When you visit our web site we do not
collect any information about your visit that would identify you. We
can’t tell the type of computer, browser, nor web service you are using.
We don’t know the date and time of your visit, nor the pages you
visited.
- “Cookies” are small amounts
of text stored on your computer by websites you visit. We do not use
"cookies."
Site
Security
- We do not monitor visits to the web site to
identify attempts to tamper with it.
We ask that you treat our site with the same respect that we
demonstrate for your privacy.
That said, tampering with HADV’s web site is against the law. If
you try to tamper with it and get caught, you may be punished under the
Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986.
- When you submit personal information using
our web site, we have systems that make sure people outside of HADV
cannot access your personal information.
- We would only try to identify you personally
if required to do so by a law enforcement investigation. Any information
we might collect for those investigations would be destroyed afterwards,
according to federal guidelines.

- Our website has links to many other web
sites. When you go to another site, you are subject to the privacy and
security policies of that site. HADV cannot attest to the accuracy of
information provided by any site other than its own.
- Linking to a web site does
not constitute an endorsement by HADV of the sponsors of the linked
